In reply to Carol. It's a little different and a common ingredient here in Australia and the UK. You should be able to use corn syrup or honey as a substitute though.

Yum. I’m planning to make Anzac biscuits with my girls on Saturday but can’t seem to find my usual recipe so I’m going to give this one a go instead. Oh, and definitely chewy!
