How To Make Lemon Garlic Prawns
This recipe is made using raw prawns. They do not take very long to cook and you want to make sure not to overcook your prawns, so they maintain their juicy texture.
This is the same reason this recipe does not involve pre-marinating the prawns, as it can draw out some of the moisture from your prawns.
We like to use prawns with the tails still on with this lemon garlic prawns recipe, but if you prefer, you can also get them completely peeled.
This can be a good option if you plan to toss them through rice or salad after cooking.
Ensure you have a medium to large skillet (frying pan) for cooking the prawns as this will ensure they cook more evenly and it also allows them to simmer in the flavours. Yum!
